The Ridge Global team continues to work with a client on the development of an integrated logistics center located in northeast Pennsylvania that has unique proximity advantage to Eastern and Midwest U.S. and Canadian markets.

The project site includes nearly 5,000 acres of property that when developed will include a full service air cargo capability and will allow for the additional development of over 20 million square feet of building space for manufacturing, warehouse and distribution operations. The economic impact of this project in terms of jobs created will number in the tens of thousands over the next several years and will provide value to state and local communities many years to come.

This project development strategy requires a suite of professional skills to simultaneously manage a number of complex economic development activities. Currently, Ridge Global facilitates the coordination of financing resources, strategic investment partner interests, tenant and developer participation and site disposition and permitting.
