Laurène Gros-Daillon serves as the director of channel strategy for Ridge Global and Risk Cooperative. In her role, she is responsible for managing partnership engagement and developing go-to-market strategies for strategic partners, as well as identifying and cultivating new potential partnership opportunities.
Prior to joining Ridge Global in 2014, Ms. Gros-Daillon’s career spanned more than 15 years in consulting and strategic advisory roles for multi-national organizations with operations in the U.S., U.K., and in Europe. In this capacity she led the development and execution of global business development initiatives across a variety of industries for commercial and member-based organizations, helping to increase their overall value proposition and generate revenue streams.
In addition to her advisory work, she has experience in the public and political sectors, having served with the U.S. State Department as special assistant to the U.S. Ambassador to the Holy See and Chairman of the Republican National Committee.
Ms. Gros-Daillon holds a Professional Certificate in Marketing from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., an MA in Public Communication and PR from the University of Westminster in London, and a BS in Political Science from Towson University in Maryland. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and serves as an Alumnae Advisor to Kappa Delta Sorority at Towson University.
